These Terms govern your use of OVgenZ (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use OVgenZ. By signing up, you confirm the birthdate you provide is accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misrepresent age.
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your Google sign-in secure. Some features (posting Drops) require identity verification, described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or at ovgenz.com/delete-account— see Section 8.
You agree not to post or share content that violates our Community Guidelines, including child sexual abuse material or exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate content, harassment, hate speech, threats, scams, illegal activity, or spam. You also agree not to use bots, scrapers, or any automated means to access the Service, or to attempt to circumvent any moderation, rate-limiting, or security measure.
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, captions, comments, and messages you post (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant OVgenZ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it solely to operate and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where it has been shared by other users or copies remain in routine backups for a limited time.
You're solely responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the rights to share it.
We use a combination of automated screening and human review to enforce our Community Guidelines. We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our discretion and without prior notice where warranted (for example, child safety violations).
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, pose a risk to other users, or if required by law.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OVgenZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including content posted by other users.
Delete your account any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or from ovgenz.com/delete-account without needing the app installed. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
